I finally found a convenient dry cleaners where English is understood and pretty well spoken. Free parking right at the door! Friendly service.

Took a brand new winter jacket to them for its first clean and it came back without a zipper. Refused to take responsibility for the damage. Told us after the fact that their terms and conditions state that they don’t accept responsibility but these don’t get shared with you up front. Quoted us half the price of the high quality jacket to repair the zipper. Got it done elsewhere for half the price.

Die Kundenkartei ist auch dem letzten Jahrtausend. Das wäre nicht so schlimm, wenn die Mitarbeitenden das Alphabet kennen würden. Und die Flecken bringen sie nicht weg. Ganz miese Bude

Horrible experience. They way of doing business is more similar to banana republic, not the Switzerland. I got back my clothes with the holes, with ripped buttons, TERRIBLE. The white shirt is a Balmain shirt for 400chf and the second one is Maje dress. Also some white clothes came back yellow. After doing such a HUGE damage to me, they dare to lie and tell that I signed something, which was absolutely not true. Then they tell me that their policy is not responsible for the clothes that they ruin. IS THIS a bazaar in a third world country where there is no standards, you can ruin, lie, steal and your policy doesn’t bare any responsibility for it? I extremely don’t recommend this business and I will make sure to share my story with everybody I know in Zug.
