We had Daniel for our guide and despite difficult avalanche conditions he was able to put us on some good snow, and line up a small ski tour. He was very knowledgeable of the mountains and we hope to be back!

Worst pissible experience. We had a guide called Alain. When we srrived in time st the meeting point he had not picked out the backpacks so we lost at least 15 minutes there.We were a group of very good skiers and he was rude, we did not feel safe and when somebody fell the others in the group had to help that person since he did not do anything.First he asked us to bring skins, the day before I asked if we could go without skins and he said ”yes of course”. The next day after skiing he gave us a hard time for not having skins even though he admitted that it wouldn’t have helped under these conditions.We tried to cancel 3 days before and they did not accept - full payment anyways. The day we had booked 2 lifts in the whole four valleys were open due to bad weather. Still they did not cancel so we ended up paying 875 CHF for two hours of skiing. And in this price beepers were not included, they are snother 15 CHF each...Find another alternative!!!

We had the pleasure to enjoy a 3 days mountaineering adventure with Robin Lenzser. Perfectly organised, saftey first approach and a very positive and enriching person that made this adventure outstanding. Many thanks and see you again soon.
