Fairmont Spa Le Montreux Palace
Facile pour réserver, accueil chaleureux et professionnalisme. Un peignoirs, des claquettes et des linges à disposition. Rénové récemment tout est propre et fonctionnel. Le sauna futuriste dans la zone mixte est parfait, la piscine un atout. Le spa dans le vestiaire dames est une idée idéale pour la détente, eau et pommes à disposition. Le massage était très agréable et très bien effectué, personnel à l'écoute. Je reviendrai volontiers

Location is perfect and room service is very good …. But the hotel need maintenance for AC / bathroom / need new chandeliers …. The new room renovation is nice …. Breakfast buffet need more improvement in regard the food varieties and the way display and also the place is kind of small … some places in hotel need renovations such as the spa area

Nice amenities, very large area and attentive staff. Indoor swimming pool is perfect, with nice views and relaxing atmosphere. Unfortunately outdoor pool was already closed for the winter season. Need more precise and visible information on working hours and kids access policy, creates some confusion. Otherwise top!

This is such an amazing place to stay in Montreaux specially if you have a lake view room. Rooms are very clean, spacious and great service. Very grand and elegant hotel and we loved the complimentary breakfast buffet!

It would be impossible to have had a better time than we did at the Willow Stream Spa. Not only were all of the staff very professional and friendly our masseuses were phenomenal. The pool and hot tub were great as was the area to sunbathe. Do not overlook this gem during your stay at the Fairmont montreux.

Un très bel endroit luxueux dans une ambiance décontractée. Le spa est magnifique. Un jardin au bord du lac où on peut profiter de la piscine extérieur. La gigantesque piscine intérieur est aussi top pour les jours de pluie. Le personnel est très sympa et professionnel. Que ce soit l’accueil, le restaurant ou le personnel d’entretien. La salle de sport est également très bien avec vue sur la montagne et le lac et il y a toujours un coach pour vous donner de bons conseils. Bref j’adore cet endroit pour les gens qui y travaillent et la qualité des infrastructures. Cela fait 4 ans que je le fréquente.

Spa très beau et luxueux, un peu dommage depuis les travaux je trouve qu’il y a plus de douche que nécessaire.Il n’y a même plus le bain glacée après le sauna ou hammam, étonnant de remplacer des installations par des douches.Personnel très discret et agréable, les dames de l’accueil sont toujours sympathiques.La salle de sport est vraiment top également.

My comment is for my facial treatment experience.My therapist was late, I had to go to the reception to ask about the appointment but no comment from the therapist.Major part of conversion with the therapist was her attempt to sell cosmetics. From my experience every spa tries to sell cosmetic products but it was really too much. Some questions from the therapist for attempt to sell products were strange and uncomfortable.During a mask treatment she gave me neck massage which was good but facial treatment, what I booked was rather poor, not worth for the price.
