They don't have E12 light bulbs and it's hard to find someone to help you. Otherwise, if you can find it, it has many choices.

I am a regular customer to Jumbo only because within city premises. 2 things which I don't like are , first worst thing is no one here speaks English being in a country where different countries/languages of people live(worst experiences I faced). 2nd is not having enough staff to show you the items. If they are open till 7pm in Saturdays it will be good. Other than these items ,prices and offers are fine.

Their online shopping is terrible. We wanted to buy an electrical bike. They cancelled our first order after 2 weeks saying they didn't have it in the stock and admitting that they intentionally oversell products. We ordered another bike again and this time they sent us a wrong bike (a completely different brand) after 2.5 weeks. When we called them, they first said they had one in the stock and asked us to send an email with photos. We did that. Then they said they sent our bike to another customer and they need to find who. Then they said they don't have the bike at all and cancelled our order AGAIN. Since we were too upset they gave us a generous(!) CHF 50.- bon.

Yeah, I'd say a good place but finding help or asking questions to trained staff is hard to find. But they have your basic stuff, nothing specialized or fancy.

Vast supermarket for home and garden including a good tools section. Staff is sparse and not always pleasant or knowledgeable. You may have to look for a long time for someone to help you out. Ordering stuff they don't have in stock is a nightmare. Avoid Saturdays if you can.

The worst customer service experience in switzerland. The staff actively avoids you. When you catch up to them, they roll their eyes and huff and puff and do the best not to answer your question. Examples below.Question: Do you have tiles and grout? Answer: We don't. We are at home improvement store.Follow up question: what kind of store carries tiles?Answer: (bruskly) I have no idea! (Turns away).Question: Do you have things for the kitchen such as range hood filters?Answer: No. We're at home improvement store.Follow up question: So where might I find that?Answer: Not here. We don't carry anything for the kitchen.Follow up question two: But you have everything for the bathroom and toilet.Answer: Yes, those are home improvement items. Things for the kitchen can be found at a kitchen store.

Nice location, near ALDI, and Decathlon, the items are well manage, the staff are better than Migros OBI, price and variant are okay.
