I've been traveling for some time in my life now--meeting people, having new experiences, learning about new cultures, and growing in all sorts of ways. It has all given me perspective towards how impactful I want my interactions with people to be. To be as candid as possible, this experience checked ALL of the freaking boxes. Never before have I been part of a tour where the guide was so genuinely present--wanting to teach us as well as learn from us. We learned about the history of the area, the science behind a lot of these practices used at the wineries, how to properly taste and analyze the wine, and all about the life of our guide, Nicolas. He brought us to a vineyard owned by one of the locals whom he has maintained a friendship with over the years. The views were absolutely breathtaking, and the homemade cheese fondue was the best fondue I have ever had. My friend Thomas literally started crying at one point as we looked over the cliffs of the Swiss Riviera--this was probably due to all the wine he had drunk, but it explains how beautiful the moment was. I don't have enough words to say about this experience, but I would simply say that I usually never bother writing reviews for companies, and this tour moved me so much that I had to share my appreciation. Thank you again, Nicolas. I will definitely be a returning customer.

A highlight of our Switzerland visit!We did a private wine tasting tour with a Riva boat tour add on. Nicolas was the perfect host and made our tour over the top special. You can tell he has a great connection with the area and the wine makers that made the whole experience feel intimate and authentic.Every wine was delicious and the lunch that was prepared by the winemaker's wife was perfectly delicious. I never wanted to leave. I've been on many wine tours and cannot say I have ever experienced one quite like this, nothing about this felt corporate; instead it felt like a great day with a friend and his community.I highly recommend the Rivas tour add on, the boat is a dream and there is no better way to see the lake and the beautiful vineyards.If we find ourselves back in Montreux we will be booking again!
