Beautiful concert venue!

I love this place. The Alhambra is a very old institution in Geneva. Everytime I go I remember it used to be a cinema.This time I went to see a concert. Unfortunately they didn't provide anything to eat.But the music was great.I would go back anytime if another artist I like play there.

Ein sehr schönes Gebäude mitten in Genf. Die Halle war sehr schön und die Bühne war hoch genug um etwas von den Stehplätzen zu sehen. Manchmal hatten die Musikboxen einen glitch aber ansonsten war es super. Was ich von den Fans mit den VIP-Tickets mitbekommen habe ist, dass die Fotos die mit den Künstlern gemacht worden sind leider Teils unscharf rausgekommen sind (und statt mehrere Bilder zu machen haben die meisten maximal 2 Fotos per Handy gemacht) Alles ging sehr schnell und es hätte sich angefühlt als ob man die ganze Foto Session schnell durchführen wollte.

Really nice hall, not too big but with great acoustics

Excellent venue for concerts near the city center. Some of the performances are free of charge.

Nice place for concerts (was for DakhaBrakha band). The acoustic is amazing, pure sound. Waiting for another opportunity to go there:)

This is one of the great concert halls in Geneva, entirely renovated a few years ago. They usually have great artists there both local and international, for a fair price. Acoustic and setup are ok, not necessarily the best, but that's what happens when you try to make a concert hall to welcome all genres (my opinion).So, my only objection is that since it's all new, it can feel a little cold and awkward. And also you can't drink in the venue, only at the bar, that really doesn't encourage partying and crazy night out... Plus, the bar feels more like a cafeteria, and not a very sexy one.So, all in all, good for music, but head upstairs for drinks to the Alhambar (you might need to go around the corner and up the stairs to reach it).
