Come for the bike shop, stay for the lounge / coffee place. A fascinating mix that works quite well. Kudos for the bike-repair courses they offer during the down-season

I would give 5 stars. TNCE looks an extremely competent bike center. In my case they were able to fix the issue timely and efficiently. Finally, their prices are extremely competitive, that is also a very big advantage:) . Thanks

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They can help you with any question or problem you have about your bike. They also have a large repair area in their shop where they can service your bike for attractive prices and discounts. This is my go-to bicycle shop in Lausanne! Ps - very good coffee too!

Great and professional staff, really nice bike club. There is an opportunity to schedule an appointment via the website, the time of the appointment was fully respected and the service was done fast and good. The staff is friendly, fluent in English and more than ready to answer all the questions and give an advice.

Condescending, would not recommend this shop. Came in, said I was looking for an e-VTT, and the man working immediately said he only had “VTTs for cycling in the alps”, and assumed whatever he had for sale was “too advanced” for me. I also asked if they organized group rides, or any group rides for women specifically, and he cut me off and said “not for you only for road bikes”. I presume he didn’t think I was capable of road cycling either.
