The first appointment went fine and it was agreed that they will call us back in one week when the parts are ordered to set the second appointment for installation. After 2 weeks we have not received any call, went to the shop to ask what happened, got the promise that we will be called the day after. nothing happened next 2 days. we came back to the shop, got another promise for a call. one week after - nothing. it was the first and the last time we have deciced to use their services.

Absolutely horrendous service at an insane price.In my case, you have asked me to pay 270 CHF for a technician to come inspect an outlet for 10 minutes and do nothing but assess that everything is fine. The next week, an actual technician from another service provider fixed the actual issue (wires connected in the wrong place).Impossible to contact the team in charge of the management and billing department to sort the issue, despite having sent 3 mails and gone to the store in person 4 times. The landlord even contacted you, but at this stage I guess that you do not plan on rectifying an obvious billing error, more than 3 times the prices I have ever seen for such a small (and not even completed) job.

Der Mitarbeiter hat beim Einbau eines Electrolux Einbaugerätes (der ihm buchstäblich um die Ohren geflogen ist) mehrere Schäden an Böden und Objekten angerichtet. Das war im Mai 2021. Trotz mehrmaliger Telefonate und der Bitte, dass der Versicherung zu melden, wollte man einen unkomplizierte Lösung - auf die ich mich im guten Glauben eingelassen habe. Nun sind die Rechungen für die Reapratur am Boden immer noch nicht bezahlt. Das war vor einem Jahr. Es kann ja mal etwas schiefgehen - aber sie scheinen nicht versichert zu sein, anders kann ich die Reaktion nicht deuten. Daher kann ich sie nicht weiterempfehlen, da man sonst auf einem Schaden sitzenbleibt.

Sie machen den Service unserer Kaffeemaschine seit Jahren zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit. Herr Widmer und sein Team sind äusserst zuvorkommend.

From 3 appointments - 1 did not show up at all (without notifying us), 2 showed up late and did not have with them the spare parts their colleagues (and us!) noted for the job. The work was done well, however, the planning and schedulling seems to be in a mess - so if you have a lot of time and patience, they will get the job done, but not entirely professional.
