Teinture des cils au top. Personnel très accueillant ! Seul hic suivant pour qui, mon esthéticienne ne parlait que anglais, mais ça ne m'a pas dérangée.

Pédicure beaucoup trop cher pour ce que c'est! Ne vaut pas la peine. Lors de la prise de rdv par téléphone, j'ai demandée une pédicure normal (comme mentionné dans leur flyer).On ne m'a pas proposé d'autres options. On m'a confirmé une pédicure à 9h00, ce matin 26 avril. Puisque c'était un bon offert par mon mari, je n'ai pas fait attention au montant. Mais en arrivant chez moi, j'appel l'institut et on me dit qu'en effet, j'ai eu une pédicure russe à 85.- SANS VERNIS??!!!! Je reste très déçue car rien ne m'a été proposée en échange et je me réjouissais tellement! Je n'y retournerai plus!

L’équipe est accueillante et à l’écoute des besoins. Les soins sont réalisés avec une grande qualité. L’institut et les cabines sont aussi très confortables. Je suis une cliente fidèle depuis plus de 2 ans, je recommande vivement cet institut !

J ai decouvert l institut avec le plus grand plaisir.L acceuil est chalereux, pedicure et manucure particulièrement soignées et le resultat est parfait.L'institut dispose de belles cabines et tout est fait pour que l on se détende au maximum.J ai hâte d'y retourner.

Un super moment relaxant, la prestation gommage massage est une pure merveille. Un moment détente qui nous procure beaucoup de sensation. Je recommande ce soin et cet institut. J'adoooore

I went to this institute for waxing (epilation) on 21st of July. The lady, who was doing the waxing, was not doing it properly and taking longer than usual. After some time, another lady came in and started showing the previous lady how to do the waxing properly. I, then realized that the person who was initially doing it was a trainee (definitely not trained to do waxing). Finally, I had to request the other lady to finish the process as it was taking too long and I was getting late. I found it very unprofessional. At least, the customer should be asked before if she/he is willing to take the treatment from someone who is under training. I visited this institute last year for waxing and I was satisfied with the treatment. However, this time it was very disappointing.
