Absolutely fantastic! Panorama Ski Lodge is arguably a place with the best room view of the iconic Matternhorn in the whole Zermatt. If you’re looking for a genuine swiss experience, with stylishly furnished and perfectly clean rooms and rich breakfast, this is your best choice. Bridgette, is a fantastic guest and goes the extra mile just to make her guests extremely satisfied. We cannot wait to come back.

My family have stayed Panorama Ski Lodge in May 2019, we love this place. It's clean, comfortable, cozy and their staff are great. Also, it's view from our room is so awesome! Hope go back someday!! :)

„Genial - Perfekt - Grandios - Wunderschön“ - was soll man noch sagen, man fühlt sich einfach „zu Hause“! Wir sind gerade bei schlechtem Wetter in der Edelweiss-Apartment mit Blick auf Matterhorn und runter über das Dorf (180 Grad Blick). Gerade bei schlechtem Wetter sind wir froh ein solches Apartment gefunden zu haben, wo man auch gerne Zeit drin verbringt. Die Lodge ist auch bestens geeignet für „Remote-Worker“, die von überall arbeiten können, da man auch die Möglichkeit zum Trainieren (Gym) wie auch Sauna hat. Zudem sind die Gastgeber einfach super-nett und erfüllen praktisch jeden Wunsch. Unser Fazit: TOP - besser als viele 5-Sterne Hotels!

Wunderschön, große Zimmer, perfekter Blick auf das Matterhorn. Sehr hilfreiches Personal und sehr gutes Frühstück.

Echt Panorama! Die Aussicht auf das Matterhorn ist prächtig: 2 Balkone und ein Erker (in unserem 3-Zimmer-Appartment) mit Blick auf die Berge und einen Teil von Zermatt. Die Panorama Ski Lodge ist modern und sehr zweckmässig eingerichtet. Alles ist sauber und hochwertig. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist reichhaltig. Hammam- und Sauna-Bereich sind nur am Abend während 2 Stunden in Betrieb aber hübsch eingerichtet. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich, die Gastgeberin aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Vielen Dank nochmals für den Taxidienst zum Bahnhof!Abzug gibt lediglich, dass die Handtücher nicht ausgewechselt, sondern schmutzig einfach wieder aufgehängt wurden.

We spent two wonderful days in Zermatt for my wife’s 40th birthday and stayed at Panorama Ski Lodge. We have 4 highly energetic small children and found this accommodation via a booking site, which recommended it for families. It is not cheap per se, but most hotels will require to book two rooms for 5+ people, which makes any hotel stay expensive. Panorama came up as a truly reasonably priced place considering our configuration. It lived up to the expectations and more. We rented an apartment with Matterhorn view and the views were amazing. The apartment has everything one needs, the space is well structured and tastefully designed with slate, faux-fur throws, quality beddings etc. All windows have blackout curtains including the living room, which means that it converts into a bedroom if needed. Maybe one minus: the separation between the bathroom and bedroom in the main suite was made of a simple shower curtain, which was neither great looking, nor very efficient, and the place could use more storage for shoes.We were very kindly welcomed by the owner who speaks fluent french as well as german and english. She picked us up from the station, which was more than welcome after a long trip with kids. The place is truly family-friendly, which is rare. Breakfast was solid, a little basic maybe, and buffet only. The breakfast hours are 8–9:30 or something like this, which is constraining if you are jetlagged or simply want to sleep in. No add-ons or things to order at breakfast. There is a very cute playground close by as well, which is great for kids. Important things to note: while the place is not really far from the center on the more quiet, less ritzy side (10-15 min beautiful walk from the main street called Banhofstrasse), it is on a steep hill. The way down is easy, but going up with children and a pram is another story. There are free buses, which don’t run late and taxis are 25-32 CHF which is outrageous, but like all swiss Taxis. We truly had a wonderful time and are hoping to come back for a longer stay. Panorama truly delivers “swiss hospitality/quality”.

Super tolle Unterkunft. Alles perfekt.Sehr sauber und einen Wunderschöne Blick auf den Matterhorn. Frühstück war auch super. Die Besitzerin ist sehr sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie hat uns sogar bei strömende Regen an den Bahnhof gefahren. Sehr freundlich. Wir waren zu viert und wir waren alle begeistert. Ich kann diese Unterkunft auf jedenfall weiterempfehlen.
