Parfait, j'y vais depuis bientôt 20 ans. Accueil et service parfait!

Avant de passer au pressing Krieg, je pensais que tous les pressings sont pareil et que le travail est le même. En réalité, rien de moins vrai! J’ai lavé un trench coat beige à 5 à sec, il sortait propre, pas mal. Mais il était vieux du coup je me suis dit, voilà, c’est la fin de sa vie, c’est normal. Ensuite un peu par hazard je l’ai laissé à krieg. Alors là! Le choc quand j’ai pris ma veste, il était comme neuf quand je me préparais de le jeter. Ce pressing a vraiment sauvé cette veste, en fait elle était juste mal lavée et mal nettoyée avant. C’est dommage que j’ai pas pris des photos car ça serait vraiment une affaire de « avant/après ». Le prix final n’étais même pas plus cher! Réellement ils m’ont chargé bcp a 5 a sec par tache, pre-lavage, je sais pas quoi mais ici c’était tout compris.+++ je recommande

They did a nice job cleaning my trench and repairing a broken button. They also dry cleaned two dresses, with no problems with the cleaning.When they said things would be ready, they were not. No apology or explanation, and the woman working there wouldn’t even tell me the price because the owner wasn’t there, because the owner is the only one “allowed” to talk about prices. There is no price list displayed in the store.I came back again two days later. Still not ready. I asked the employee if she could just call me when things were ready but she wouldn’t take my number or offer any other idea. She seemed terrified of this owner and doing anything she didn’t like.I go back a third time and the owner was there working. She wouldn’t consider giving me my things or even look at my ticket, because she said “the shop was closed”. The door was open and she was working. And yet. Ah, that good old Swiss customer “service”.Finally, I gave them a full extra week plus the weekend. I get my clothes back. Not a word of apology. The owner jokes that I must have “forgotten” to get my things. Are you kidding me, lady?92CHF for 2 dresses and a trench cleaned and a button reattached to the coat.Was not given a price breakdown and there’s no price list anywhere, so your guess is as good as mine as to what things cost. I suppose the owner decides on her whim.
