Das Hotel ist in Ordnung, die Zimmer sauber. Restaurant und Essen gut. Garage Platz inklusive.Es gibt Zimmer mit einer Bettbreite von 100 cm, aber auch Zimmer mit höhenverstellbaren Betten mit einer Breite von 90 cm. Letzteres sind leider noch nicht im Internet wählbar.Auf meine E-Mail mit meiner Beanstandung wurde eingegangen.Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt.

Old and tired hotel. The photos are deceiving. The receptionist is also the food server in the restaurant. No air conditionning, rooms are very small and not very clean. The bathroom sink is the size of a salad bowl. The food is very bad in the restaurant and gave us belly aches. Clients in rooms that are facing an apartment building are forced to listen all night to the screaming and yelling of the apartament's occupants, as well as the tramways that run until very late. I don't recommend this hotel!

The air-condition was broken and the receptionist couldn't do anything about it nor did she gave us another room. The temperature was above 30'C.The room was very small, the bed very uncomfortable with access only from one side. Very unpleasant stay and experience.

Alles schlecht was schlecht sein kann, Service lustlos unfreundlich, Hotel extrem laut, kein Ort um sich als Hotelgast aufzuhalten, bar immer geschlossen, kein Aufenthaltsraum beim Frühstück wurde nicht nachgedeckt und vieles mehr. Auf die Reklamation per mail wurde bis heute nicht reagiert. Einfach schäbig.

Cannot switch off the room lights from the bed side switches. Instead have to switch off the main switch! So weird! No free wifi especially for travellers coming from outside Europe and who doesn’t have roaming. Bathrooms too cramped. No bed coffee or tea for group stay! They say we are Cave people who doesnt know to operate a switch. So arrogant! So group travellers just stay away! Not recommended for a stay.

Asians have separate breakfast where as more variety breakfast is avilable for other nationals.Boiled eggs were overcooked on the first day which was corrected in the following two days. Night duty receptionist was really helpful who helped to improve the quality of food. Jasmine also helped to start the cooling system and helped to start the television which was not functioning in the1st day. Toilet is a bit congested but clean rooms.

Sauber gepflegt. Super freundlichliches Personal. Gute Verkehrsverbindungen. Parkplatz kostenlos. Gutes Frühstück. Leider bissen laut ab ca 8 Uhr.
