The Outdoor Retreat

We stayed at his house, the Landlord was nice and the place was pleasant, everything was clean and the view from his home was wonderful.

Excellent stop over on our way to Italy. I wish we had planned in our adventure to spend more time there to discover Switzerland and stay here longer.The location was just incredible. We are a family of 5 with 3 children aged between 11 and 16. We was given the top floor to relax after our big journey from the UK. The greeting was friendly and welcoming. We was given a guided tour and left to settle. The whole place was modern, comfortable and very clean. I was absolutely amazed by the location, along with the character of the area and that view was just breath taking! What a gem if a location. I really do recommend here.

The House of 100 flies. Dirty floor full of hairs and breadcrumbs. The toilet was so dirty we had to clean it before we could use it. The kitchen, the dining table, the light switches, the doorhandles, all were sticky and greasy. The trashbins were full.The couches we wouldn't dare sit on.Because we couldn't book another accomodation quickly made that we had to stay here for three days. Three days without daring to use the the shower.The livingroom was full of equipement, which took up about a quarter of the living room. This is not shown on any picture.The house is a 50! minute walk from the town of Oberägeri, which isn't noted anywhere in the advertisement.We left three days early, after we did find another accomodation.This Airbnb, dispite the view, we will never ever visit again.

Beautiful view. Quiet location. Everything was easy to plan. Very accommodating.

Una casa molto accogliente ( non sembra un ostello!) dove tutto è in ordine e in armonia con l'ambiente circostante. Gerhardt è semplicemente meraviglioso, il suo spirito ospitale unito alla lunga esperienza nella ristorazione ha fatto sì che il mio soggiorno e quello delle persone in casa sia stato memorabile. Ci ha addirittura preparato la cena gratis, e restando poi a chiacchierare davanti a del buon vino (offerto anche quello). Camera silenziosa, semplice e spaziosa. La vista sul lago Ageri è meravigliosa, e dalla terrazza si può godere dell'alba grazie all'ampia visuale. Da provare!!

Fantastische Aussicht! Empfehle ich jedem! Und günstig. Der Vermieter Sigi ist ganz nett.
