Hello everybodyHowell Home doesn't care about their renter. The price that stays on the paper, isn't correct with the price you have to pay, when you are living in their apartment. If something breaks, they don't want to repair it and if you finaly get them to repair something, you have to wait like 1 year until they come to take a look. I lived here with my friends and in the last year, there still was stuff that wasn't repaired, because they didn't want to repair it. Very unprofessional Landlord. I was living in their apartment for like 3 years and in these 3 years i had like 5 Different Neigbors because nobody wanted to stay there. The Depot we prepaied for 3 months, we never saw that Money again. Instead that we saw the Money, we had to pay more for the stuff, that they didn't even repair earlier. Even if you Try to Call the Landlord, they won't answer your calls. Also when you send them a Mail, they don't respond on the Mail. If i could, i would give them 0 stars for sure. I never saw worse Landlords than Howel Home.
