Very poor customer service. Lady at the store on Saturday afternoon was impatient, disrespectful and patronising with my family (2 small children), my husband and I. There was only one more customer in the store besides us and she was still rude. If you want to buy chocolates, buy them at their store somewhere else, not Versoix

A nice tour around the factory and a lot of chocolate to taste through the tour. At the end there is even some chocolate as a gift. Not sure if it worths the 25CHF still...

Great chocolates and nice heritage to Versoix, they just need to change or train the old lady in the shop outside the factory, her lack of touch towards costumer make us doubt to come back every time, no one forced her to be on sales anyways. They always have good promos with their high quality chocolates.

It’s a small hidden chocolate boutique, dated back almost 150 years (1876) after moving from Geneva, It’s is my favorite place to buy fresh chocolate and ice cream as well nice and unique chocolate gifts to my friends

Favarger - Versoix Chocolate Shop
Might be great to visit but you need to book it 1st. I tried to book it via email but no reply was received (I suppose because I wrote in English). We went to the store to understand if we could visit the factory but the very nice lady there doesn't speak any other language than French (we managed to communicate with my rusty limited French) and the price is a bit expensive, 25CHF, even with an offer in the end.
