Schlechteste Fluggesellschaft die ich je erlebt habe. Würde ich auf keinen Fall weiter empfehlen

Getting constant spam mail before the fight even though i selected to receive none...

Flight from ZRH/RIGA/VILNIUS. Missed the connection. At the time the delay was because of the delay in loading the luggage of the connecting flights. According to Customer Service of Air Baltic it was due to air traffic. I asked to be presented with documentation of this and i got nothing.In addition, i had to spend 5 hours at the airport in Riga. Compensation 5 euro!All is always lovely when it runs smoothly but the value of a good airline is when the trouble comes.Totally unacceptable and disgraceful. It is totally disrespectful to offer 5euro compensation for reaching my destination 6 hours later than scheduled!Never again.

Flug Zürich nach Berlin und retour mit der air Baltic.Pünktlich und umsichtig, freundlich und saubere neue Flugzeuge. Service gibt es ja lang nicht mehr auf solch kurzen Strecken, also Gastronomie mein ich. Aber das was sie machten machten sie gut.Gute beinfreiheit in der Economi Klasse.

Would rate 0 if I could. Last 5 flights all delayed by about an hour. From Amsterdam to Stockholm 18:55 flight has left at about 20:00 every time.Sk1556
