Smallville Sion

Очень хорошее место , за не большие деньги . Хорошее расположение . Я остановилась на 5 дней и очень рекомендую . Персонал на рецепшен всегда рад помочь .

I was really happy with my stay in SmallVille, more than a year. I had a new, cosy studio with a stunning view to the Sion Castle Valère on the hill.Right next to SmallVille there’s a Coop petrol station with a store that works every day from 6 am to 22 pm, very convenient.River Rhône is in 5 min walk, with a great walking/running/cycling path up until next town Sierre.The city center is in 15 min walk. EPFL and HES are in 10.The only minus right now could be a construction works around, but there’s a green territory all around SmallVille, so it didn’t bother me much.An unexpected advantage - I met quite a few interesting people and new friends while staying there, and overall my experience was really positive. I miss it a bit :)

Mia figlia ha soggiornato presso Smallville per circa 4 mesi, da settembre a gennaio. Appartamento piccolo, ma carino e con spazi comuni ben utilizzabili. Buon soggiorno. Più problematico é stato il recupero della cauzione perché ci sono voluti 4 mesi di insistenze a causa di un cambio di gestione. Per scusarsi del ritardo hanno infine versato la cauzione senza addebitare le spese di pulizia.

The personal is useless and super mean. They do not solve any problems. The price is super high for a container and you won't get any money back. They charge you extra for everything (parking, laundry, extra key, administration fees, cleaning, ...). You are also forced to pay an insurance (which is sell as a deposit) of minimum 300 CHF even if you already have your own insurance. Say goodbye to that money. They ruined my experience in Switzerland.I knew 5 people living there and we all had problems with the manager because they were never replying when something was broken. Good luck finding them even in the reception opening hours. Same with the fancy bar" they advertise. It is only open whenever they want only. My lock was broken and I needed to sleep one night outside because they didn't want to come on a Saturday evening.Besides

Nice beds but not great for the summer. They have installed black curtains which basically means your room becomes a sauna after 15 mins. The windows have a layer of glass in front which basically gives zero airflow in the room. The heat has made my stay unbearable. Its also quite far from the main area.

Although it is a nice place to stay, I do not recommend. It has been a more than 1 month I left from smallville, but still I do not received my 2 months deposit yet ! They said in a 1 month they are gonna pay back all of my depozit without deduction; however they do not answer my emails and phone calls! In addition to this, they ask me to vote them on google ! As long as they do not pay back my deposit, my vote to them is only 1 star out of 5 !!By the way, I never was late to pay my rent during my stay (10 months) and I did not harm anything/anywhere in my room. But they are not paying and answering my calls/emails when it is time to pay back the deposit !!

Etablissement sympathique avec vue sur les châteaux, places de parking à disposition, un fitness, un très beau bar-restaurant, un local commun, des machines à laver, un baby-foot. Tout ce qu'il faut pour vivre dans un campus.

J'ai lu tous les avis, et j'ai constaté qu'à part une ou deux exception(s), les avis 5* sont tous de FAUX AVIS, en réaction à un avis 1* (pour faire remonter leur note finale) !!! Ces gens semblent être des arnaqueurs malhonnêtes. Méfiance...

Funktionale, zeitgemässe Ausstattung und sehr gut per ÖV erreichbar. Etwas warm in den Räumen bei warmen Aussentemperaturen.
