This place was awful. We were seated but no server came to take our order and eventually the host came and took our drink order and reminded our waitress that we existed. She took our food order. After around 40 MINUTES she came back to us and apologized because she said she forgot to give our order to the kitchen. She then asked us again to repeat our order! Another 30min went by and she brought our food and said our drinks were complementary, which was nice. We ordered the large soup but the soup had maybe 4 pieces of Tofu inside and was mostly broth. Then when we went to pay, she forgot to take our drinks off the bill and we had to remind her to take them off! Worst experience ever.

After I haven’t visited this place for four years, where was my first and last visit, my nephew „forced“ me to go Lily’s again with my sister and girlfriend. Now I know why did not go here again a second time before.In general, I am really surprised how many people go this cheap taste thai restaurant where the curry tastes like the one I do at home with the ready to go thai curry paste from the supermarket (sweet sugar taste and “dirty artificial”) with premium prices, but atmosphere and comfort (no back rest - really?) of a fast food restaurant. Beside this general comment, the red curry dish was more a soup with a few green beans and four small pieces of dug (the other three ones were ok regarding the amount). Further, we ordered two times an additional rice but it never came.At least they gave an overall reduction at the end off course removed the never received rice. But yes, to come to that final moment being „allowed“ to pay, the one waitress was running away at first try (because the phone rang) and never came back - after 20 minutes we were taking it in our hands and pushed them so that we could pay (directly with the cashier at the bar).It felt like redemption.

A good selection of Asian meals and snacks. Waitress was friendly and I liked my lamb curry. Seating is kinda close but adds to the atmosphere. Odd then that some people stick their noses up when you join the shared benches. That would be the pretensious crowd. Meals were okay priced, and filing.

Es war super lecker. Zuerst bestellten wir eine kleine Vorspeise. Diese kam sehr schnell und war total lecker. Zum Hauptgang hatte ich Chicken Cashew Nuts, die anderen Massamann Curry und Chicken fried Rice. Alles mega fein. Bedienung sehr freundlich obwohl der Laden voll war. Draussen war die Sintflut und viele Leute standen auch noch im Eingangsbereich. Alles in allem war mega und sehr empfehlenswert.

Fantastic food, fantastic service, fantastic local.We stopped in for dinner with no reservation, the staff were very accomodating even with our kids.Food was fantastic, started with the Dumpling Selection, then the Chaing Mai Noodles, Chicken Cashew Nuts, Vege Fried Rice.If you're in Zurich this is a definite must try.

Good food, cheap eats. Reasonably price dishes and an Asian spin on classic dishes.Dine in or take away,, plenty of seating inside with long tables and bench type seating and lots of outside tables.Staff are quick to take your order and will provide tap water if requested. We ordered only one drink and the waitress was quick to offer tap water without us requesting, which was very considerate, and much appreciated.The kitchen is in the middle of the restaurant which allows for quick delivery of meals and a good fast atmosphere.The restaurant is popular and has a very open welcoming ambiance, with large windows, spacious tables and simple seating. The large windows allow for great views of the street.The menu has a lot to offer with plenty of good dishes and there is the option (although they suggest against it) to alter menu items at a small cost.Payment can be made via contactless efpos.

We are on a holiday and we wanted something that was home food, and we decided to try it out. Service was on point and food was close to our heart. Thank you making us and our tummy happy!And we werent sure if it is the branch manager or owner but thank you very much for the complimentary drinkUpdated** we went back to have our dinner on our final night and the KRAPOW WAS AWESOME! pls try it when u r there!
