DENTISTES no name

En vacances dans le Jura en France, c'est le seul dentiste qui m'a prise en urgence en Suisse alors que j'avais très mal depuis plusieurs jours. Le dentiste qui m'a reçu a été à la fois très doux, a pris en compte ma douleur et m'a traitée en urgence tout en m'expliquant tout ce qu'il faisait. J'ai pu être soulagée très rapidement grâce à des 1ers soins en attendant que je sois vue par mon dentiste habituel.Je recommande fortement à la fois pour la qualité des soins et le côté humain du dentiste et de son assistante. Visite pour un détartrage ,reçu comme un moins que rien par le dentiste .A FUIRE...

I have just returned from the clinic having made an urgent appointment to repair a restoration and obtain a temporary resin in order to resume treatment with my dentist in Brazil. I was shocked to discover that, for some reason or other, this dentist (Dr Evan TCHOULFYAN) has worn down my tooth by removing a considerable part of my original tooth without asking or warning me in advance that he was going to do so.Without understanding what he was doing I asked him to finally do the filling and what he did was to use half of the old restoration whilst filling in the other half of my tooth with new resin...!! I only realised this poor quality work when I came home and saw the mess in the mirror. Furthermore, he didn't even analyse the tooth to see if there were cavities.On returning home I immediately called my dentist in Brazil, and when I explained the procedure she confirmed that the work of this dentist is of poor quality.Now my occlusion (bite) is not as it was before as one part is missing and it does not touch the upper tooth so the bite there will be deficient.Oh.. at the end he charged me 192.70 Swiss Francs for this service" he provided!I'm extremely disappointed and feeling deceived.I wish I would never have had this botched job...It is unforgivable! :("

Je suis venue dans le Cabinet à Gland et j'ai été soignée par Le Dr. Evan Tchoulfyan, ja'i été très satisfaite. Une explication claire et transparente du traitment éffectué, le dentiste très à l'écoute, patient, très professionnel. Je me suis sentie en confiance et le résultat final très satisfaisant.Le service de toute l'équipe du cabinet est superbe, la receptionniste vraiment sympathique et aussi à l'écoute.Vraiment je recommande le cabinet ainsi que le Dr. Evan
