I have visited for business several times the BC3000 offices in Lugano. The location is ideal, with a short walking distance to the Balestra parking garage and the center of Lugano. Each office has been designed elegantly, is furnished nicely and offers privacy to occupants. There is also a large conference room available for group meetings. The BC3000 team are very friendly and accommodating, ensuring a first-class experience. I can highly recommend this choice for a temporary office rental solution.

Abbiamo utilizzato la struttura del BusinessCenter3000 per un workshop, e ci siamo trovati subito a nostro agio sia per la qualità degli uffici che per i servizi proposti. Un’ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo ed una posizione invidiabile, sono i punti forti di questo fantastico centro. Consigliato per chi cerca un coworking con qualcosa in più di una semplice postazione di lavoro.

I worked in the open space for three days and I enjoyed it very much. The office is quiet, comfortable, modern and it has all amenities required for a productive day at work. The people administrating the space are very nice and helpful and the people working from there are friendly.

I really had a good time here, the managers are very nice and helpful. I was provided with an external screen, so my working days were super productive. Also the chairs are very comfortable. If you need to have a productive day in the center of Lugano, I highly recommend it.

Staff sempre molto disponibile. Gli spazi sono molto luminosi, eleganti e confortevoli. Molto comoda la posizioni nel centro di Lugano a due passi da ogni servizio.

Very nice and friendly people. For the Inscription you better call before you go there cause it is controlled from another office in the upper floor but the place is really aboveboard. They will ask you for 150 SFR for the Transponder. You will get that back when you return it. The office is quiet and central. Shopping is possible and a lot of restaurants are around the block. They also have a kitchen. Everything is supersmooth and clean and tidy. I recommend it.

Amazing location, very close to restaurants, a garage park and the lake.The office is spacious, clean and filled with light, also the staff is very helpful and friendly.Definitely recommended and will be there again, next time I'm in the city :)

I worked here a couple of days and I really liked the place, it's spacious, comfortable and has a lot of light. The location is great, it is right in the center, there are many good options for lunch nearby and the lake is also very close. I would definitely go again! Highly recommended!
