Eine Katastrophe für jeder der Anliefern muss. Gestern hatte ich über 90min Wartezeit Verbucht für ei Europallett Abzuladen. Das Personal wahr Gestresst und Überfordert. Meine Begleitperson ging während dessen Einkaufen und hatt den selben Eindruck gewonnen. Sie sagte das man merkte das man als Deutschschweizer nicht Wilkommen ist obwohl mann fast perfekt Französisch spricht. Schade so was zu Erleben und wir Überlegen ob wir nicht zu Top CC Wechseln sollen.

You may get lost and not make it back to the surface, perhaps dying of dehydration in a deep pocket of the store, but worth the risk in my opinion

Swiss equivalent to Costco, but very expensive except for meat/fish. Not everything is cheaper per unit here than discount shops like Denner, Aldi, Lidl. I recommend only for meat/fish and certain extra-large/bulk goods.

I go to the store regularly since I relocated from the UK. Recently suffered a case of abuse/discrimination from one of the cashiers. Made a complain to try prevent this type of unpleasent behaviour to be repeated whit someone else. Received a call the very next day of a lovely portuguese gentleman(director I think), apologising and assuring that the situation would be handle promptly so it would be avoided a repetition.this showed me how the store care about its customers and responded to their problems, this gave me the confidence to continue shopping at the store and take this incident as and isolated case. Definently recommend the store good morals from the bosses" atleast as well whit good cheap and fresh products all the time ."

Good for bulk buying. Expect approx. five minutes of waiting at checkout. Especially wide selection of meat, cheese, and fish. Enough parking spaces.

Great selection, clean, well organized and friendly staff. My French is still a work in process, and I am able to communicate my basic needs, but when I have a little difficulty explaining or expressing myself, the staff is willing to switch to English for me as needed or correct my French usage. I really appreciate this as I continue to learn the language.
