Despite being relatively quiet, only 5 customers and 2 desks, it took well over an hour to go through the process of waiting and form filling at the start of the hire.We got a better car than expected, this was nice. There is a transfer bus tge the cars themselves. This is the same as for all companies.The team were helpful in advising about tolls and other fees.Generally a great experience and the vehicle was in excellent condition as one would expect.No nasty surprises on drop off.

I had an incredibly unpleasant experience that was the worst I've ever had . Despite being a gold member, I received very poor treatment from the moment I arrived. The representative who assisted me was extremely rude and unhelpful, repeatedly telling me to wait without making any effort to assist me. To make matters worse, when I returned the car, the same representative, who I believe is named Hassan, accused me of damaging the wheel by scratching it, which is completely untrue. It's disappointing that Hertz Geneve airport treated me this way, and I feel ashamed for them.Furthermore, after discussing the matter with Hassan, he violently kicked me out of the office and slammed the door behind me. It's truly unbelievable. Later on, I received an email about the damage" which stated that I had refused to sign. However

Great rental agency. Ordered a mini-suv but was upgraded to a full size hybrid which worked out well because electric charging is readily available at our hotels and fuel is quite expensive here! No issues with the customer service and quite easy to deal with. As always, do you own condition report before you drive off. You'll always find scratches/dents that they've missed. Get them to update it on their file. And take photos as evidence.

Personale alla consegna gentilissimo, visto che la macchina era troppo piccola per 2 adulti e 2 bambini con seggiolini, mi hanno aiutato per incastrare i bagagli nel minuscolo cofano. Alla fine è andato tutto bene, con una macchina più adatta avrei dato una stella in più.

Booked a 7-seater from Zurich railway station to Geneva for 3 days for a family trip (with CDW and TP). The experience couldn't have been any better. First of all, the price was unbeatable (288 CHF). Next, the staff- only one word to describe them, the BEST"! The lady at the reception was swift and efficient as she ensured smooth and quick return with utmost honesty

I was very pleased to have such a good service at Hertz Geneva airport as the staff was very helpful and took the time to advise me on the car rental. The booking was quick and the car restitution was done in a properly manner. I would like to thank Hassan in particular, who was at the desk, as he acted very professionally. A five star rating for a five star service. Highly recommended.

Good Cars but Beware!Pickup went uneventful. Good qualty car for the class. It was in the dark garage parked between cars which made inspection hard. I did no pay much attention to it though as in most other locations Hertz has images of car on file if you need them.Upon returning a car the Agent told me owe $350 for a wheel scratch (picture attached) - I do not believe it happened on my watch and the size is smaller than 25c coin usually used in USA as what is considered damage rather than normal tear and wear.They say according to their rules it is a dammage and it is my responsibility by default unless I prove otherwise.I refused to take responsibility and asked to talk to manager, which agent obliged.As I corresponded to manager he did no want to hear what most likely wheel was in this condition when I picked up the car and possibility what it was not noticed by previous agent. He re-iterated the rules and send new bill for $950 dollars, stating what that $350 was one time offer, which I refuse (and what Agent did not tell me anything about)He also told me - why do you bother anyway, you paid with credit card which carries primary car insurance so it would not cost you anything, making me suspect this is a common trick they at this location.In the end Chase Saphire Reserve team indeed did wonderful job at taking care of this problem for me, but it is surely concerning business practice by this location.I think this is Franchised location and I would encourage Hertz Corporate to take more attention to such practices by their affiliates.

Sehr schlechter Service. Unfreundliche Mitarbeiter. Mir wurde ein Kratzer berechnet den ich nicht verursacht habe. Wenn möglich nimmt einen anderen Anbieter.
