Amazing personal trainer! We have been training together for four years now and I would absolutely recommend him as a personal trainer, he is always giving great advice and individualized approach to improve your physical condition based on your goals.

Samy designed a programme for me that completely transformed my image and confidence.His constant refinement of the programme and attention to detail had me looking in the best shape of my life.I have done a lot of training in my lifetime but nothing comes close to what Samy was able to do for me in just 8 weeks.Training aside, Samy has fantastic knowledge on nutrition and diet in which I took very seriously. Yes I did have a drink from time to time and the cheeky burger but we always adjusted the training and diet to make up for any slip ups.I keep Samy as part of my support network and attend sessions either in person or over video on a weekly basis 3-4 times a week.

I have been working with Samy for 6 months now and it has been great!He is so dedicated to his clients and gives me all the support I could need. Because of this, I have managed to make sustainable lifestyle changes making me healthier, fitter and much happier with my body.

I trained with Samy for a year before he left Reading and moved to Geneva. I learnt so much during that year, and he always pushed me to work my hardest. Samy always made our sessions fun and interesting and gave me a plan to follow myself. I would 100% recommend Samy as a PT. I see him now as a friend rather than my old PT.
