OMEGA Boutique - Zermatt

We had an amazing experience here! The boutique had an excellent selection of watches and the staff was outstanding. Josh in particular was very knowledgeable and helped us find the perfect watch! He also provided the best service from the moment we walked through the door. Would highly recommend this boutique and asking for Josh!

Amazing experience here at Omega in Zermatt! Josh is a true professional and extremely educated in his craft. It’s all about customer experience, honesty, and knowledge sharing which is what is most important and so rare these days. 5 star service and a 5 star watch!

We had a wonderful experience shopping here. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Seeing how we were curious about Omega and its various collections, Marianne was more than happy to share her knowledge and the story behind each watch as she let us tried on various pieces from different collections. She was also very attentive. When we came back the next day requesting to view a particular model, she even brought out other pieces that we have shown interest in the day before.She was well supported by David who was quietly running behind the scenes to ensure the whole transaction goes smoothly.We were very well taken care of and they even extended their opening hours to accommodate us on both days. Thank you!

Nach bereits einigen wunderbaren Shopping Erlebnissen in der Omega Boutique in Zermatt haben wir während unseres letzten Urlaubs wieder die herausragende Fachkompetenz und die herzliche Freundlichkeit des gesamten Teams erleben dürfen. Marianne, Josh und David machen jeden Besuch bei Omega in Zermatt zu einem wunderbaren Erlebnis. Mit viel Mühe und Gespür für den jeweiligen Geschmack werden Uhren gezeigt, deren Besonderheiten bis ins kleinste Detail erklärt und andere Modelle zum Vergleich präsentiert. Hierbei kann man sich als Kunde viel Zeit nehmen, um die richtige Entscheidung zu treffen und wird stets hervorragend beraten. Die Omega Boutique ist nicht nur für meinen Mann und mich ein Ort, an dem wir den bereichernden Austausch über Uhren genießen, sondern auch für unsere vier Kinder. Diese fühlen sich in der Omega Boutique in Zermatt stets willkommen und lernen somit ebenfalls viel über Uhren und deren Geschichte. Wir freuen uns in jedem Urlaub auf Besuche in der Boutique und sind auch zwischen unseren Aufenthalten in Zermatt in Kontakt. Dies ist besonders und wir wissen diese Art der Kundenbetreuung sehr zu schätzen. Im Winter sind wir wieder dort und freuen uns schon jetzt auf ein Wiedersehen mit dem gesamten Omega Team!

Excellent experience. Josh and David both had a thorough knowledge of the brand history and details of each and every watch I wanted to try out. I was very comfortable conversing with them, they made it a very nice stop in at the boutique of one of my favorite brands. Great atmosphere, great people, make sure to stop by if you’re in the area.

We had multiple wonderful experiences with Omega Zermatt whenever we visit our favourite destination in Summer/Winter. Josh, David and Valerie under the leadership of Marianne make you feel extremely welcome every time you come in. The team is highly competent on their timepieces, history, key features and how they fit into an existing collection. What we particularly like is that you are never being sold to but advised, no matter if you buy on that occasion or not. Our key counterpart Josh is a true watch aficionado and brings this broader expertise into the conversation. We are keeping in contact outside of our visits to Zermatt, which for me is customer relationship management at its best. Last but not least: we have four kids and they are also welcome with us when coming to the now newly renovated boutique. A great opportunity for them to learn about watches and watchmaking, a shared family passion that has made them customers of Swatch and Tissot (also both in Zermatt) - so staying in the wider family of the Swatch Group Brands ;-). We are already looking forward to being back in Zermatt and visiting Josh and the team in the Summer.

Man nimmt sich viel Zeit für die Beratung und ist absolut kompetent. Man erfährt viel spannendes über die Uhren. Today, Jan. 28th 2023, we celebrated two relevant events at the Zermatt Omega Boutique, enjoying a truly excellent experience. We have been made welcome and supported by the staff, and my heartfelt gratitude goes in particular to Mr. Joshua S., who made all this possible through various months of work and availability at distante, while we were still in Italy.Joshua has been truly supportive, he widely knows and is able to discuss the history of the brand, the different models and calibres. In other word, he is an excellent professional and a point of reference for us, now.Please note, due to my job (I'm a PM) I use to see worldwide salesmen, spare part or store managers, and so on. The knowledge, kindness and availability of Josh are something not average, absolutely.As we say in Italy, ottimo lavoro - good job!I'm really satisfied and should I ever decide to purchase another timepiece, both Omega Zermatt and Josh will be my points of reference.Marco, Zermatt, 28.01.2023
