Waited over 15 minutee to be let in and checked in by the ladies at the front desk, 3 of them were there but only 2 taking the patients in despite the fact that I said I had my appointment in the coming 5 minutes. Had to wait 20 minutes again in the small changing room and then 20 minutes again in the examination room. The cherry on the top: the ultrasound was not done properly and the diagnosis was inaccurate which led to a bad surprise during my operation with a frustrated surgeon . Will never come back again.

This was my first visit here.I am greeted by the robotic presence of a woman who seems to miss the fact that she's talking to a physical being (she's wearing a headset, and maybe does her best with a lot of demands?)A nice lady leads me from the waiting room to a grim and dimly lit examination room. Our small exchange will be my only positive experience here.The doctor arrives 35 minutes late, no comment whatsoever about it (despite the fact that he's checking his watch while entering the room). He speaks more or less ten disembodied words during examination with the coldness of someone who hates you but doesn't want it to show.The appointment is over after 4-5 minutes, he walks away and - with his back against me - mutters a vague bye". Leaving the room

Very efficient service for me. Doctor called the previous evening and they offered an appointment for an MRI first thing the following day. I was quickly taken care of and the team were kind but professional. The analysis was done very fast and sent to my doctor. Couldn't have asked for more.

La première fois que je suis venu ils avait 45 min de retard l’examen s’est bien réalisé surpris du temps de l’examen je demande si c’est déjà fini la collaboratrice me répond oui je quitte donc le centre. Là je reçois un appel de la part du centre qui me dit qu’il manque des images… je suis donc revenu faire ces images et là comme la première fois du retard et toujours comme la première fois j’ai assisté à un conflit entre 2 collaborateurs aillant des propos de forte gravité et très dénigrants.Je trouve ce service lamentable!!!En plus de ça à cause de leur erreur l’examen m’a été facturé 2 fois.Merci à la direction de mettre de l’ordre là dedans et faire le nécessaire avec la facturation. Et également rappeler au responsable de l’établissement que l’on ne crie pas sur les membres de son équipe et encore moins en aillant les propos qu’il a eu et plus de dans tout la réception et ma salle d’attente entendait leurs problème.

If there is less than one star I would give it to this center. I call them twice a day for three days in sequence requesting an appointment, I sent them e mail requesting an appointment. Every time I call they ask me to call later ir another day or «  they will give me a call ». Unbelievable!
