Niché au cœur de l’hôtel la Réserve le Tse Fung et le seul restaurant chinois étoilé de suisse. La carte vous proposera les classiques de la gastronomie asiatique revisités à la sauce « La réserve »Un vrai régale de l’entrée au dessert sous réserve de ne pas craquer pour les nems au chocolat qui dénotent avec le reste des plats. Nous vous conseillons plutôt la soupe de mangue / pomelos accompagnée des moshi moshi.Pour le reste c’est un sans fautes, plats, sauces, service impeccable.A faire ou à refaire sans hésiter.Attention réservation obligatoire.

Es la segunda vez en este mes que intentamos cenar en este restaurante. La vez anterior no fue posible ya que a pesar de estar vacío porque era muy temprano, al no tener reserva no tuvimos el privilegio de que nos dieran mesa.Pero lo de hoy ya clama el cielo. Teníamos una mesa para 3 a las 21:30h pero la habíamos ampliado para 6 desde la recepción del hotel.Pues tras una mirada de desprecio por parte de un trabajador del restaurante y 6 min. Esperando, nos han dicho que eran las 21:45 y que ni la mesa era a esa hora ni para 6 y que la cocina ya había cerrado.La verdad es q no se entiende que teniendo una estrella michelín, un restaurante tenga una actitud tan poco proactiva, tan poca flexibilidad y tan mal servicio al cliente.

We were recommended the jade menu, and it is a very good choice! The food was very good, from starters to desert! Some dishes exceptionally tasty! But considering the price, and standing, there few points which require improvement. The place itself needs a remake, its old and to dark, specially at lunch, hopefully we weren't to far from the windows... There was also clearly some dust cleaning needed (we could write our name on the biombo squares). The service and staff was very helpful! And in the end it was worth it! Especially if you have the extra cash!

Impresentable la atención al cliente y la poca flexibilidad de este restaurante. Ya habíamos tenido una mala experiencia anterior en nuestra estancia previa en el hotel pero hoy nos vuelve a confirmar que por mucha estrella Michelin que tenga el restaurante, no saben dar una atención educada al cliente. He os llegado 10 minutos tarde y al vernos llegar con niños después de mirarlos con desprecio, nos dicen que la cocina ya ha cerrado.

I’ve taken the time to write this because things have changed in this restaurant. Starting that the very famous peking duck. They show it to different tables and then bring a different one from the kitchen (before used to be cut in front of the clients). Very obvious is not the one you’re eating. I usually ordered the red rice prawns rolls, I ordered twice, they keep forgetting the sauce that comes along, I had to ask twice.The wine takes a lot of time to come. Food starter arrived before the wine. Is this normal in a one start Michelin restaurant? . We ordered a good Bordeaux but it was a shame to be so late, in the middle of the meal.I’m very disappointed. It has lost the shine of years ago. (I’ve been going for 7 years) on my last visit, one of the dishes was dirty.It will loose that Michelin start. Sad.I hope the management will make the best to defend it. By the way, it was at lunch time on a weekday. The service I personally would rate a 5/10. Maybe I was asking to much for the service I was used to ?

Venu le 16/07, j'ai étais un peu déçu du restaurant.Je trouve que la qualité du service et des plats ne sont pas à la hauteur du lieu. Un écart énorme entre le personnel de l'hôtel et le personnel du restaurant.Nous avons quand même passé un bon moment car le cadre est très agréable.Peut etre un mauvais jour.

Un repas excellent que nous avons vraiment apprécié. Les serveurs, tres sympathiques, ont éte aux petits soins. Nous avons apprécié la touche personnalisée sur nos desserts pour notre anniversaire de mariage.
