Sauberes und gut gepflegtes, älteres Hotel. Die Angestellten waren alle sehr unkompliziert.

Very bad experience at Hotel Old Inn ! Don't stay there!First time I put a bad comment on an accomodation. I've traveled worldwide from cheap hostels to fancy hotels and never have I ever experienced such an unprofessional behavior.No owners on site to speak to. The staff is untrustworthy, dishonest, rude and patronizing. But they will be pleased to charge you twice and not refund you even if you agreed so.They are impossible to get in touch with : email adress not valid, no one answers your calls, zero answers on whatsapp or booking chat. They also hang up on you. Good luck if you need any further info or try to reach them. Don't expect anyone to act in a descent manner here.Dont trust the old comments. It can't be the same team.The hotel isn't in Kublis but in Saas. So don't count on any train connections to Klosters, only a long 30 min bus ride.The hotel is old and dark. The room was cold, no heat in middle of february. Nothing especialy romantic. The TV, the fridge, the wifi/wlan and the remote control were broken. Very loud noises fom the staircases or basement in the evening and construction work in the next building in the early morning. Don't forget your ear plugs if you expect a bit of sleep!They will charge you 10 chf for a parking space for the night, even if it's free of charge in the streets.To be simple : DON'T STAY THERE !

Very beautifully anf clean rooms. Authentic environment. Helpful staff and very nice views from the balcony .

This place is simply amazing with pleasant atmosphere And lovely views around .The place is super neat and clean and the owner is really caring person .Highly recommended for short and long term stay .Loved it ❤️❤️❤️

Es tut mir ja schon fast leid, aber wirst chase von einem hotel.Zimmer unter dem Dach war wie eine Zeitmaschine in die 70er....Bett zu klein und Unbequem.... Bei der Dusche (Im Gang mit einem anderen Zimmer zum Teilen) hat eigentlich noch der Pensionär Stuhl gefehlt weil man eigentlich Knieend Duschen musste infolge der Dachschräge.Im Zimmer hatte es 1 Steckdose mit Verlängerungskabel... NajaHeizung hat über alle 3 Tage null geheizt trotz Reklamation nach der ersten Eisigen Nacht.

Kleines gemütliches und sauberes Zimmer. Hervorragende Küche. Und freundliche Leitung. Hat alles super gepasst. Grossartiges Preis -Leistung verhältnus

Heizung hat nicht funktioniert, das Haus verlottert, überall liegt Müll herum. Hände weg.

Used to be a lovely local hotel with a very good restaurant (local dishes done very well) but has unfortunately changed hands in 2020 and our meal was a disaster! Everything deep frozen and deep fried, nothing fresh or house made. And the prices are very high Klosters prices (chf 36 for a cordon bleu and extra for any side dishes). Never again!

Wäre das Hotel uns nicht empfolen worden, wäre es uns beim druchfahren nicht aufgefallen. Klein aber Härzlich. Sehr nette Gastgeber. Gutes Essen zu sehr fairen Preisen.
