Doubtful customer service to say the least; the lady told me that a pair of shoes for my toddler (17 months old) would still fit her in two years time, to make me buy shoes that I felt were overpriced, considering the pace at which the little ones grow. To be told a blatant lie is not what I consider customer service.

Best kids store and costumer service. Design and quality are amazing. The people who attend are from another world, just amazing!!! Best service in town!!!

The lady with the red glasses needs to learn customer service skills! Each time I’ve politely waited for my turn to be served but she acts like I’m in the way and she has other customers to waiting! Also why do I always see her packing other customers purchases into a bag but always asks me to place my purchases without a bag into the bottom on my buggy! Its not like the products I’m buying are cheap so I’m confused why she just doesn’t place it onto a bag!

A Wonderful experience for the children, they offer beautiful balloons to my little ones, that makes me very happy.All of them are very nice and always offer me a lot of alternatives to make my purchase easier and more fun.FANTASTIC!M.Anderson

I went shopping few months ago for my grandchildren, the italian girl was very kind and satisfied my request, she made me feel very comfortable and welcome in the shop, when I go back in Switzerland I hope she is still there with her kidness and professionalism.
