Superbe expérience.Merci à toute l'équipe pour l'accueil chaleureux.Entraînement très efficace dans une box récente spacieuse et très bien équipée.Que vous découvriez le CrossFit comme moi ou que vous pratiquiez depuis longtemps, bonne ambiance et émulation.Une grande attention portée aux particularités de chacun – un genou opéré pour ma part - et une adaptation des exercices lorsque nécessaire.Je recommande chaudement.Encore merci.

Il s’agit d’une nouvelle salle de cross fit qui propose un service moyen / haut de gamme. Un service de soins (Physiotérapeute) est proposé en annexe avec d’excellentes compétences pour les blessures liées au sport.

Owner and coach Fabrice, as well as coach Jim are highly educated, competent, supportive and the most of all positive people, before, during and after the daily workout. They are trying to understand personal needs of every member and to adapt the workout to each person's capabilities. Easy going communication, their commitment and professionalism can be felt at the very first training. Having those guys, it is not hard to imagine that they gather a bunch of other positive and friendly individuals, ready to support you when it is hard, as well. You are really quickly getting a feeling of being a team member!The box is spacious, full of natural light, clean, neat, equipment is original and quality. Bathrooms are also always clean, which is very important, too! I absolutely and wholeheartedly recommend this great club!
