とても親切な店員さんたちでした。欲しかったコートのサイズが合わなかったので、その場で採寸してもらい1週間後に受け取りできました。わざわざ自分で持っていかなくて良いので、大変楽でした!大満足です。

I recommend this brand, but definitely not the Zurich store. Today I have tried an item, but I wanted to think about it. Also, I have a voucher which is apparently only valid in Italy. This said...1. It's my right to exit a store without buying anything2. If I have the opportunity to buy an item with a gift voucher in another Max Mara Weekend store, I guess it's my right to do so (no?). Apparently, the lady working in the Zurich shop strongly disagrees. This is not nice" she said twice to my face before giving me an unsolicited lesson about the legal entities behind the brand

Wasted 25min for nothing. I was completely ignored by the shop assistant for the first 10min, then she was not able to help me because it was too busy, then finally she showed some attention - started assisting with the sizes - just to disappear after 3min. She explained her coworker was out and she had too much stuff to deal with. The attitude of this lady was completely inattentive and focused on getting rid of the customers. And all of this on Saturday, when high return of customers is to be expected. Not worth the time nor the energy, no max Mara for me for the years to come.

50% Sale. Die Verkäuferin war meganett

War gerade in diesem Laden. Wollte zwei Kleider für rund 1‘000 Franken kaufen. Die Verkäuferin war leider so was von unanständig und taktlos, dass ich nur noch rausgelaufen bin. Ich wollte gerade die Kleider probieren und stand halb nackt in der Kabine da stürmte die Verkäuferin in die Kabine und fing mich an anzuschreien. Anscheinend wartete eine andere Kundin auf die Kabine, aber vor der Kabine hat niemand gewartet. Die andere Kundin fand es überhaupt nicht schlimm, da es ja ein Missverständnis war. Aber die Verkäuferin hat weiterhin im ganzen Laden über die besetzte Kabine und über mich reklamiert. Ich stand genau 3 Minuten drin und habe sofort das erste Kleid abgezogen und das Zweite nicht mal probiert. Sowas von unprofessionell habe ich noch nie erlebt. Werde NIE mehr in diesen Laden gehen . Unverschämt! Leider gibt es keine Minus Sterne sonst würde ich es so bewerten.

Cute store with just enough items to catch one's attention. Though I didn't purchase anything in this store the sales person was very helpful and patient. Close to Bellevue and in a great location!
