Au Centre Crans-Montana
New toscanian food in town! The old Centre is no more, but the new chef have some nice proposition if you are looking for dishes from Toscan/Italia. It's simple and good. The decorating of the restaurant need some small improvement, but all in all, this is a nice place and well located in the center of Montana.

new review for the take away service. Simply outstanding !!! I have never eaten so well at home. Delicious home made pasta, tender veal with truffle sauce, amazing salads, asparagus, ratatouille...and at honest prices. A godsend during lockdown

Very nice regional food restaurant. Has all you might expect form a Swiss food plus some nice modern twists. The staff was friendly and atmosphere was very cosy.
