OTP Holidays

We had the most fantastic ski holiday organised by OTP. Jeff and his team were incredibly helpful at all stages of arranging the trip, but in particular when we got stuck at Geneva airport due to a baggage problem. It was midnight but we still got new train tickets issued for the next day and the team were in communication the whole time. They were prepared to help us in any way they could which was fantastic.The resort manager Louis couldn't have been more helpful either, and was always available during the week to help us.Excellent covid/cancellation policy, very reasonable prices and we'll definitely use them in future.
