Biggest apartment.

Very rude receptionist. During booking they were quite nice, they promise the will assist with carrying our bags since the apartment doesnt come with a lift. We told them in that case we dont want the apartment since we have 2 year old kid and 75 years old mother in the group but the hotel convinced us to take the hotel and they will assist with the bags. And they confirmed this with sending us an email. We have 13 luggages with us. During check out no one came to help with the bags even after several call been made for the help with baggages. So when we go back to the reception to return the keys and asked them why they didnt send ppl to help carrying the bags. The Lady reply ' We dont give such services, you may leave the keys and get out from here'.To me it is so unprofessional. Maybe it is because they already made our money. Thats ok, we know god is watching, they will somehow answer to this. Pls avoid staying here. Thank you

My first priority is cleanliness. This apartment was clean, roomy, comfortable.Kitchen was well equipped.Lovely balcony overlooking the street. Cooked meals and packed lunches every day. The apartment is centrally located and most sites are within walking distance. Buses trains and boats are all close as well for day trips. Hotel staff were very pleasant. The hotel offers its guests coffee for 1 Chf. This is a bargain. Coffee in the city center can run you 4.50.I would recommend this apartement.

Quand on voit le prix sur les sites de réservation, cela ne correspond pas au prix réel (le taxes et le frais de ménage ne sont pas incluses). Trop de bruit dans le couloir à cause du vieux parquet. Les voisins d'en haut étaient bruyant. Le seul avantage - la proximité du centre ville historique
