I stayed here 2 years ago and I must say that I have never seen better service in my life. Everything about their service is exemplary from the in room breakfast to laundry service. The small gifts they left in my room everyday just made my day better. Lastly I would highly recommend this place to anyone coming to Geneva to stay.

Prime location behind Lake Geneva and less than 10 minute walk to the train and coach stations! Staff were very friendly throughout our stay and were always on hand to answer any questions. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. The laundry service was a great touch and very handy with the quick turnaround. A huge television, one of 2! PlayStation, Bose headphones, Nespresso Machine were just a few extras in our room. I would highly recommend this location for those looking for a base to travel around Switzerland and France. We did Chamonix (Mont-Blanc) and Annecy day trips. Coaches also go to Italy and Portugal! All in all, a great stay and we thank all the staff for their kind hospitality. Nice touch with chocolates on checkout!

We stayed for almost two weeks and would definitely return. Nice and cozy apartments, thought of all details, modern, clean. Very good location, close to all the shops and restaurants. And most importantly- the staff: very professional and attentive- special thanks to Bastien- he would organize absolutely everything you might need. Thank you again!

The staff were very nice and extremely helpful. Its a nice services apartment but it wasn't to my taste.

Très bel établissement où on se sent comme à la maison, les appartements sont très grands et lumineux, ultra conformatables et fonctionnels, avec beaucoup d'équipement. Les équipes sont aux petits soins et toujours disponibles si besoin. Une valeur sûre !

Wir hatten ein sehr schönes, komplett eingerichtetes apartement. Das Personal war jederzeit sehr freundlich. Das Apartement war sehr sauber und wurde täglich gründlich gereinigt. Die Lage ist nahe am See und sehr zentral gelegen.Dieter und Monika
