The Toronto airport terminal 3 rental car return is closed / not in service - and I did not realize it until I was late for my flight and had no choice but to leave the rental car in the terminal 3 garage. I got connected with the manager Sharon - and WOW was I lucky to meet him. This guy is awesome & personally went out of his way to get the car. THANK YOU Sharon. He got the car returned and without any fees or penalties (unheard of in the rental car business, Car Rental Schaffhausen would have charged me face value for the vehicle, or some predatory $500 fee, I have no doubt)

Good guys working there. Car washing was a bit rushed and they opened window and all the soap and water went inside car causing white stains. Car in good condition and had no issues with it during time I rented it.
