Terribly watches. Protection clasp just broke off twice with very little impact. Meant to be a rugged divers watch. Only bought 4 months ago. Will not give a refund so it will be in Switzerland more than beimg on my wrist. Great

I am not happy with this company and its product at all.I bought Engineer iii GMT which had technical problem only 3 weeks after I received it!Contacting their service and clarifying the shipping and repairing process took amazing 8 weeks!Now 4 weeks after I sent the watch, I haven’t received any information about the status of my watch.

I collected my new Engineer II Navigator watch from their site in la Chaux-de-Fonds as requested by me. Was greeted by their Area Sales Manager who introduced me to Ball watches, its history etc The coffee was also welcome.The watch was made to order with my birth day on, nickname and serial number as it is a Limited Edition and all perfect. He had the watch maker adjust the metal bracelet so as to fit me well and now I am enjoying it fit and clever it is.Highly recommend you take a look at Ball watches. My Grandfather was a steam train driver in Britain so with their railroad history I think he would approve even if he was based in Wales !

Purchased my first Ball Engineer III Endurance 1917 (pictured) two years ago and had a positive experience, over time became one of my favorite Swiss pieces. Had difficulty today ordering a new Roadmaster Starlight, received a prompt call from the staff to organize all the details. Friendly staff and superior customer service.

Terrible customer service. I ordered a watch in the Ball Watch website and the delivery was delayed by three weeks. I was called by the courier company when I was on vacation and I told them when they should deliver the watch on my return; however, it never happened. I contacted the Ball Watch Customer Service and they washed their hands referring to their Order Terms & Conditions and refused to help me. Now, I don't have a watch that cost me €800 and I cannot get a refund. I would not recommend this company and watches to anyone; keep away from it.
