I have ben traveling through Europe for over three decades. Often I have experience less than stellar customer service.This was the best European customer service I ever received. The women behind the counter on Thursday March 9th and other women upon return on Monday March 13 were OUTSTANDING.Sounds Goofy but they were great - I've been traveling for years and this was believe or not the best experience ever. Key was they met expectations - there were no hassles. I loved it

Exceptional customer service at pick-up. Polite, knowledgeable. It makes all the difference and the top deciding factor these days. The fact that the car was very good also helps. Highly recommend AVIS at this location.

Very friendly and helpful staff working in the office at Geneva, a little tricky navigating back to drop-off due to construction and road works but otherwise a very good experience. Car was upgraded for free and in very good condition. Overall, highly recommend.
