Encantada con esta profesional. A pesar de que tenia la agenda llena, me hizo un hueco para atenderme. Fui por recomendación de una compañera de trabajo y he salido encantada. Trabaja muy bien y el resultado es increíble. Volveré el mes que viene. Gracias Sophie!!!

The worst experience for nails in Geneva! A small boutique with only one woman that is doing all the tasks her self!The hustle begun from the first moment when taking the appointment on phone she misswritten the date, then when I arrived she told me that I don't have an appointment with her then she filtered in her agenda to find out that she noted it for the next week!!!! Then when I decided to give her another chance and get another appointment for manicure and pedicure, when I arrived she told it's for pedi only right! She was with another client and let me wait for 20 mins! Then, she started to refuse all of my demands concerning shape, colors or designs! she has very small options for colors ( all of them are faded ones) and she didn't want to make me french manicure for some unrealistic reasons! Also, when she just started with my pedicure another client arrived to tell her that she has an appointment right now, she hurried up and finished my legs and told me to pass by afternoon to do my manicure, and when I insisted to continue she claimed that i have two broken nails and that may take time and she can't do it right now!!!!!!!!So, I left without doing my manicure, only my pedicure without even putting me a top coat or a foot cream like the client that was just before me!!TO AVOID!!Very unprofessional and unpleasant experience!
