We found this place last year after we got fed up with Airbnbs in Lugano. We love it here! We came back again this year and were so happy there were rooms available. The place has a gym, an on-site laundry, and now a restaurant below. The rooms also have kitchens so I can cook for my kids and I really can't complain. The staff (both reception and cleaning) are very kind and helpful. 10/10 would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Wir haben uns auch ein gutes App ausgesucht. Leider gab es auch Probleme beim Checkin. Die @mail kam nicht an. Per Telefon der Hotline klappte der Zugang direkt. Innen ein modernes APP. Die Ausstattung war nur in Minimalausstattung keine Reserven. Kein Brotmesser, kein Toaster, kein Pfannenwender, kein Dosenöffner. Wenige Haken im Bad, keine Ablagen. Handtücher nur 1 Satz für 2 Wochen. Nur Minikaffeeautomat mit umweltunfreundlichen Kapseln. Keine Kanne. Zu große Tassen bei kleinen Automat. Keine Bedienungsanleitungen für Geräte, der TV s haltet sich selbst Tag und Nacht ein. Großer Balkon, ausreichend großes APP. Ruhige Lage.

definitely the worst experience I've ever hadThe manager of the Icon H is extremely rude. We had a horrible stay there because nothing was cleaned when we arrived and you could smell cigarette smoke throughout the whole apartment. We had to wait several hours for it to be clean and with clean I mean still dirty although we asked the cleaning lady over and over again to please clean the dirty spots. We stayed two nights and the day after our arrival we realized that still a lot of stuff is missing (Towels etc). We had to call the manager several times . We already told him when we arrived and saw that the apartment is dirty that if they don't fix this we would leave and we want some of our money back. He said that we would find a solution we would be happy with and that he promises to call the next day. As he didn't call us until the afternoon and we felt like he wouldn't call at all, so we called him only to hear that because we booked through airbnb we had to ask them for our money back. Ofcours airbnb tried to help us but because the manager was DENYING EVERYTHING ( although we had lots of evidence photos that we already sent to him at our arrival). Throughout our stay and after our department false accusations were made against us. the worst of them all took place on 10.30 PM (!!!) on the day of our checkout where through the airbnb app he sent us pictures (of a similar but not exact same Flat) where the apartment is completely destroyed and broken. Ofcourse we knew that we didn't break a thing at our apartment but as we tried to tell him that in calls or text he just ignored us and told airbnb that he wants money for the Damage WE" did. The next day I tried to call him and talk to him about why he would lie like this or if there was a mixup just pretended to didn't hear me and made noises of the phone breaking up which to me clearly sounded fake. I found this behavior extremely inappropriate and childish. As we paid A LOT of money for our stay there we would have wished to be treated with basic respect.We are very disappointed in the icon h and its manager. Although I have lots of evidence pictures I will not post them on here but I sincerely hope that the manager will admit to airbnb that this happened and would refund a part of our stay.Maybe this experience is just an unlucky accident but based on how rudely we were treated and that false accusations were made several times with the result of the manager denying everything and not refunding us a single Swiss franc we are very disappointed in the whole situation."

Conoscevo la struttura, nuova, comoda, di alto livello, tariffe non certo economiche. Assurdo che si perdano in piccolezze del tipo, due capsule di detersivo per lavatrice e lavastoviglie. Poi deve provvedere l'ospite andando appositamente al supermercato ad acquistarle. Intanto ti omaggiano con due micro cioccolatini in casa... Semplicemente assurdo

Pessimo servizio di supporto, non mantengono assolutamente quanto promesso.Sistema di accesso appartamenti con gravi carenze di funzionamento, bloccandomi fuori dalla porta sulle scale per mezz'ora, prima di riuscire ad entrare.NON PAGARE IN EURO, TASSO DI CAMBIO MOLTO SVAVOREVOLE, in data 27/09/2022 per 716,25 franchi di prenotazione mi hanno richiesto 792,15 euro anticipati, per 4 notti in un monolocale da solo.Abominevole rapporto qualità/prezzo per le persone disabili, dimostrando massima sfiducia nei clienti, se si fanno rimostranze su fatti avvenuti con prove certe, diventano scortesi telefonicamente.ASSOLUTAMENTE DA EVITARE.

Pretty good hotel. Few minutes away from city center. Had a little bit of dificulty getting the smart key ready on my smartphone. Very clean. Recommend it.

Sternabzug wg sehr kompliziertem registrieren vom Schlüsselsystem (Mail, App, Registrieren....), welches denn aber überraschenderweise problemlos funktioniert hat. Top neues Haus, sehr stylisch und hochwertig eingerichtet.Lage ca 10 Gehmin vom Lido, sehr ruhig in der Nacht. Mir haben Rollos für die Nacht gefehlt (Vorhänge hat es). Grösszügiger Grundriss mit grosem Balkon.Sehr gerne wieder

Wir haben spontan ein Zimmer direkt über die Webseite des Hotels gebucht. Leider ging bei der Buchung etwas schief, worauf wir im Voraus keinen Zugang zum Hotel (self Check-in via Smartphone) erhielten. Wir haben daraufhin beim Büro geklingelt (Samstag Nachmittag) worauf man uns reingelassen und die Buchung manuell abgewickelt hatte. Der Manager war freundlich und zuvorkommend und hat alles in die Wege geleitet damit wir das Zimmer beziehen konnten. Wir haben einen Micro-Room gebucht. Das Zimmer selber war nicht so klein wie angenommen. Alles war neu (das ganze Gebäude sieht nach einem Neubau aus), sehr stilvoll eingerichtet, wunderschönes und geräumiges Badzimmer mit Regendusche. Riesiger Balkon. Gratis Parkplatz. Top Lage (ca. 1 km entfernt von allem), sprich wir mussten das Auto nicht bewegen. Alles war tadellos sauber. Küche komplett ausgestattet. Top Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Alles in allem PERFEKT, trotz Anfangsschwierigkeiten :) wir würden dasselbe nochmals buchen und jedem weiterempfehlen!
