Brussels Airlines: a dishonest company with terrible customer serviceBrussels Airlines cancelled my flight on 19 August 2020 and I was promised full compensation for the price of my ticket: 540.92 EUR. After more than 1.5 years and multiple emails and phone calls to the airline - during which Brussels Airlines staff have explicitly reassured me that I would receive full compensation - I still have not received my refund.I am extremely disappointed with the poor quality of Brussels Airlines' customer service. They are either highly incompetent, or are deliberately avoiding to process refunds in the hope that their customers will eventually give up. This is both dishonest and shortsighted - I will never fly with Brussels Airlines again, and strongly encourage everyone to boycott this terrible airline!

Malhonnête ! Lors d une modification d'un billet d'avion à 1400 euros, le service client me demandait un complément de 1700 euros pour changer les dates (la soit disant différence tarifaire). Alors même que le prix de ce vol le site était de 1200 euros..

Un vrai bordel avec la compagnie mais tout finit bien étant donné que lors que j’étais dans l’avion et la dame m’a changé ma place !

Not a single. Flight is on time! Been using them for 10 years. Will never fly with this horrible company anymore!
