Avoid. Refused to sell me a simple asthma spray (prescription with Renew" on it not accepted). "You still have time to go to the hospital if you run". Yeah...run with an asthma crisis on the onset..."

I would not recommend this pharmacy at all! The staff were not polite in the slightest. If you would like value for your money and friendly staff, I would highly recommend you get the bus to Ferney Voltaire. Here you will find an amazing pharmacy that offers the same products for half the price, and the staff are so friendly. I had a terrible experience at Amavita. None of the staff offered to help in both their stores at the station, so I decided to take a photo of the three face product brands I was trying to decide between so that I could go home and look up reviews about them, so that I could make an informed decision (because the staff did not help at all despite me asking!) As I don't speak french, I also took some photos of the individual items so that I could translate them to see what they said. As soon as I did this, I was immediately shouted at (in the most rude way) and told to delete the photos as this was not allowed. I did this, yet they still asked to check my phone as did not trust me! I am shocked by this service and rudeness. If they offered help, I would not have had to be trying to look online for reviews! Do not support this store - it is a rip off and has the most unfriendly staff.

Each time I go they've been super nice and helpful. The only pharmacy open all week long, 16 hours a day in Geneva. I've been able to get last minute medicine for myself, my wife, my daughter... sure prices are a bit high but they literally work an insane amount of hours under a lot of stress. Thank you for your service!For all those complaining about the prices, all you have to do is go to another pharmacy, there are hundreds in Geneva, but they will probably be closed.

I have used the pharmacy for more than 2 years now and it's been a positive experience. However, yesterday when I went for a routine pick up of meds it was not so. Despite having submitted my prescriptioin in November 2021 thr nformation was not entered into the system.The teller placed the burden of proof on me. She ignored my explanation and acted like she was doing me a favour by offering to give me the meds without the prescriptioin. I retrieved the prescriptioin from my email and forwarded it to her. Even then she acted as if there hadn't been negligence on their part. An apology would have helped but I didn't get one.

Very disappointing service. My husband came in late in the evening to fill a prescription for our children. It was the only pharmacy open at that hour close to us. Unfortunately the pharmacy made a mistake in issuing wrong size equipment for administration of the medication. I rushed back to exchange it and was surprised to find the pharmacy closed earlier then the indicated time. We have no way to administer my daughters medication now, which she is supposed to receive every 4 hours. Two pharmacists signed off on the prescription and not one checked if it was correct. Unacceptable.

The cosmetic part is simply terrible!!! The assistants were unable to assist me and products are more expensive than other amavita pharmacies! The prescription area is much better, staff are competent but the wait is usually very long!

Very professional personnel, I’m very satisfied with their consultation and attitude.The employees are very kind.

I love Amavita Gare because most of the time the staff are courteous and will try their best to assist you . Also one time my mom left her umbrella and I also forgot my paperbag, they will keep your things and will even try to look for you near the vicinity just to give you back your lost items.

Prices are incredibly high, I don't understand how they still have customers if you can buy the exact same products for half the price in other pharmacies. Good in case of emergency.
