Very new property, very juice for the kids and family we stayed there for 3 nights, nice facilities with a kids gaming room and zip line, very near to the middle of town. Great location. Watch out, though the reception is not open all the time.

It’s a very nice place for families where you can rent all kinds of things. The apartments are very new and modern. Our apartment was very hot and the pillows were a little basic causing us not to sleep very well, so maybe bring your own. Staff was very friendly. Their online checkin didn’t work properly so we couldn’t reserve parking at the side beforehand.

Very inconvenient checkout. You have to clean and wash the dishes and put them back in cabinet, taking all sheets out, vacuum, etc all before checking out at 10:00! Also only 2 dishwasher tablets for free for the entire stay, no handsoap or anything else. No ventilation and no AC. Super narrow beds.

Very uncooperative staff at the front desk. I’d hired a car to travel around Swiss. Upon arrival I was given a room in tower 6. The apartment was very good and upto the mark. Since I had traveled by car, I’d requested them to allot me parking near to tower 6 as my kids are very small. I could see 3-4 empty parking spaces for over a span for 48 hours. But the front desk people kept on saying it’s occupied and alloted me parking way outside their premise on the other end in some basement. Very uncooperative staff

The apartments are quite new, there is almost everything you need. Of the shortcomings - in the summer they give you warm blankets, under which it is terribly hot. There were no set of towels for children in the apartment. There is no microwave in the kitchen. Visually, the apartments are clean, but the floor gets your socks dirty as soon as you enter the apartment. When you check out, you almost need to clean up the apartment yourself so that the staff does not have to do their job. The apartment has a dishwasher, but for 5 nights for 6 people they put us as much as 2 capsules of detergent! At the same time, there is a point in the checklist that all dishes must be washed, dried and put in their places. This is our first travel experience when a tourist has to remove bed linen before leaving. In total, for a lot of money you get half the usual service on vacation and a bunch of unnecessary hassle before leaving.

Pros: Overall the apartments were clean.Cons: You will be cleaning the apartment in depth before you leave. They will make you pay for every small thing that you might not even think of or check if it was pre-existing. They do charge cleaning fees but make you do all the cleaning.The housekeeping manager was RACIST and RUDE when we were about to checkout. He picked on every small thing and when asked for his name, wouldn't give it to us. We had to get his name (Mike Heutschi) from other staff members who were very surprised with his behavior. They will not give you any additional time after 10AM to checkout and your keys will stop working.Will never go back again. Think twice before going here.

Very nice resort. Apartments are spacious and well equipped. Adequate cooking facilities are available. Views from balcony are awesome.It is a self service apartment. So you need to clean it before moving out.

Nice appartment, nothing to complain about. Checkin and checkout very old fashioned, could be a lot better the digital way

Great place especially for families. However, they must find a better and easier way to use the laundry room. God, it's like you are doing a mission impossible ! Very hard to find a slot time, very hard to use, and very limited time. Also, they must add one or two staff members to open the office from 8-6 pm like other hotels.Regarding the name RESORT"
