Came in for a quick bite. Food was served pretty fast. Great service from friendly staff. The hotdog is veal. Probably that fanciest looking hotdog I’ve ever had. The fries were way too much for me but I did enjoy the few pieces I had (only CHF 5). Will be back to try the burgers next time.

J ai donné 2 étoiles pour le croustillant de poulet qui l'était...croustillant et sa délicieuse sauce. Par contre le burger bacon& cheese était très/trop quelconque pour son prix. La viande filandreuse (j en avais plein les dents), le bacon sans goût et tout mou. Le fromage était absent. Tout était fade et détrempé. Les frites après un passage au four était comestibles. L'esprit de Denise était absent. Art of burger never again.

Horrible waiter (Thursday lunch time). Rather rude. Won't go there again. Used to go there before when you could have self service. Was way better then rather than having a totally unhappy rude waiter. (Oldish french speaking guy). On the other hand, the employees behind the counter were nicer.

Used to be a lot better. Major disappointment when you compare the picture on the menu and what is effectively served in the plate. Meat was almost raw and the garnishment was almost absent. This is even more unacceptable when the burger costs 22CHF.(even for Geneva standards !).Only positive point are the fries. Tasty and crispy.Service was efficient and ok.Not sure I will return.And finally from an environmental point of view, the ketchup and mayo served in plastic cups should be forbidden.

Disappointing. Kids not welcomed.We went 2 adults with two small kids, restaurant was almost empty and we asked if we could eat ( two adults) and put together two tables to be able to sit all of us, the waitress just told us she will not put two tables together because the kids will not eat. I have never seen such a rude waitress like this.

Delicious burgers with home fries and sauces. The lobster burger was very unique and delicious but probably a little bit overpriced. The cheeseburger was also amazing. Totally recommend this place.

2018 Buenos productos y selección variada !Abril 2019. Fuimos al local y estuvimos 10’ sentados sin que ningún mozo se atreviera a atendernos, nos levantamos y salimos del lugar.Mayo 2019, fui al espacio que tiene en globus y la atención fue mucho más eficiente que en su restaurant principal. La calidad del burguer no es la misma, difícil de atraparla por el exceso de ensalada que hace que no disfrutes de la carne, queso frío y salsa ausente

Super burgers, exellent serviceExcellente soirée et expérience culinaire. Superbe qualité des produits et savoir faire du chef. Tout était très bon, desserts compris. Service excellent. Daniele nous a fait sentir comme à la maison. La proverbiale hospitalité italienne! Continuez ainsi! BRAVO!!!

Total disappointment. They had it all a few years ago: excellent food and real service despite it was 'at the counter ordering and pick up'. Went back today, ordered a chicken burger. Was served (at the table) a lettuce burger with a tiny bit of chicken by a busy, unfriendly set of waiters. Not going back, sorry Philippe... Your reputation is at risk.
