Attention!!The sellers in Basel Max Mara are cheating the clients. I would like to buy a coat as a Christmas present. It was reserved on my name, phone number, and double confirmed by phone. We agreed that I come on 24.12 during working hours. As I live 3 hours far from Basel, I had to get up at 6:00, to come to Basel Max Mara by 11. First I was told that my coat is waiting for me, than , a few min later I was told that coat had been already sold to any person with my name who came from the same city, etc,. After such speech the Sellers just ignored me. Those Sellers have sick fantasy to make such a dirty tricks. I wasted time, money for train tickets and they spoiled my Christmas. With such an attitude they must not work in Max Mara, Margarita
