J'ai réalisé un achat en ligne par CB sur le site de ce marchand. Avant cela, divers échanges furent engagés avec le commerçant, concernant la date et les modalités d'expédition de la montre. La vente réalisée, le commerçant n'a pas respecté son premier engagement de livraison, ni le deuxième... Il a fallu être menaçant de poursuite pour obtenir l'envoi. Je concède que cela fut réglé dans un court délai, mais aurais-je, sans cela, obtenu aussi rapidement mon bien ? La question demeurera. Bref, mon sentiment reste mitigé sur ce revendeur suisse !

Just want to share my watch purchase from this seller in chrono24 recently. To put it simply, this is the kind of seller that you would not want to buy from if there is after sales issue with the watch. If you are thinking of buying a watch from this seller, it is best to use an escrow account in chrono24 to protect yourself against any watch issue. Don't take the big risk with this seller for after sales issue once money is in their pocket. Inspect the watch properly before releasing the money from the escrow account. Hoping to give my fellow watch enthusiast an advice.Update after seller's reply:I rest my case...As you can see in their reply below, this is the kind of help you would expect to get when you have issue with the watch purchased from this seller. Price reduction that was mentioned was actually price negotiation when you want to buy a watch in chrono24 and that was done before a deal is made and before I paid for and received the watch. Watch purchased 23rd May, issues found 24th June. If you purchased a watch from this seller, would recommend to wait at least 2 months before releasing money from the escrow account. And no way did I say anything about a Chinese movement in the watch. I know this is an original watch but there are imperfections on the watch which I want to resolve because seller has decided not to fully disclose this information when they had the watch for sale. But this is the kind of treatment I get. Kind of a racist comment too about falsely accusing me of saying it was a Chinese movement...

Die Bestellung einer Uhr Ole Mattiesen bei dieser Firma über eine gute Internetplattform wurde mit falschen Angaben im Inserat angeboten und dann mit Beschädigungen geliefert und nur mit großen Problemen und mit großer Unterstützung von Chrono24 wieder zurück genommen- nicht empfehlenswert!!

Je suis tombé par hasard sur ce magasin en cherchant a réparer la montre de ma compagne, l'accueil y est parfait, ils ont directement compris mon problème, m'ont parfaitement expliqué les démarches et je suis reparti content car mon problème était résolu !Le temps du diagnostic ils m'ont rappelé et tout c'est passer très vite et je suis reparti avec une montre qui donnais l'impression d'une seconde naissance !Extrêmement satisfait et reviendra volontier pour tout autres problèmes avec mes donneuses d'heure !
