Bei einer Reklamation wurde ich sehr unfreundlich aus dem Laden verwiesen.

Sehr schlechte Kundenberatung, unfreundliches Personal und Qualität nicht dem Preis entsprechend.

Der beste Modeladen in Zug, immer mit top Service! Ich finde hier regelmässig einmalige Kleidungsstücke. Super Atmosphäre mit freundlicher und kompetenter Bedienung.

I had a very bad experience earlier today at this store. I wanted to visit it for so long but couldn’t craft the time cuz I have two small babies and it’s a lot. I finally managed to go there with my mother, and we were trying a few different things. I really liked the suit and one dress and my mom absolutely loved one coat there. All the items were very expensive and the woman who was there kept reminding us that she needs to go at 12pm for her lunch . She said it to us like 5 times. I get that it’s your lunch time, but can you not give us literally 5 extra minutes especially cuz we were about to leave a substantial amount of money there? Anyways, I left the store at exactly 12:03 and told her that I really don’t appreciate the way she’s handling customers. She looked away on purpose showing that she couldn’t care less about what I was telling her, it was so utterly disrespectful. I left the store and said that I will never go back there. So much for wanting to visit that place for so long. She said that she was the owner of the store but I doubt that very much. If it’s true then shame on her and how she conducts her business.
