Galería de arte, grande pero acogedora. Bien iluminada.

An art gallery in Basel hosted a private evening attended by friends of the curator and chosen artists. The artists were global and so were the critics who gave great perspective on art from other countries

United by their country of origin, Pedro Blas & Honys Torres meet to present their creative visions, visions as different as Kineticism and Neo Pop Art, but which are brought closer by the use of intense colour.Works full of vibrant colours that transport us to exotic lands, where heat, flavours and rhythms are the creative origin of these two Venezuelan artists who are in Switzerland to transport those who visit this exhibition to warmer and culturally different places.Influenced by the heritage of Venezuelan masters such as Carlos Cruz Diez, Jesus Soto, and Marisol Escobar, these artists develop their own visual language with the solid foundations of those who preceded them, with the aspiration to continue projecting their nationality in any corner of the world.Passionate about their work, these two artists never stop creating, experimenting with materials, pigments and technological resources, including photography as part of their production.
