Je me suis rendue à plusieurs reprises dans le salon K's fashion Studio pour diverses prestations et ne suis jamais sortie déçue. En plus de l'accueil chaleureux Katia la patronne se plie en deux pour vous satisfaire. Je recommande vivement d'y aller faire un soin et d'apprécier ce moment de détente.

LA PIRE EXPÉRIENCE DE TOUTE MA VIE!Quand je suis arrivée 5 minutes en retard, Madame Etter a été super désagréable.Elle a commencé à faire mon fichier client et quand je lui ai demandé pourquoi elle prenait toutes mes données personnelles (que je lui ai données au final), elle a commencé à s’énerver et m’a dit de sortir de son institut!Après, elle m’a poussée avec la porte pour que je sorte.Elle a même appelé la police.Je n’ai jamais été traitée comme ça de toute ma vie!Apparemment, madame Etter choisit ses clients par rapport au fait si elle les trouve sympathiques ou pas..Je DÉCONSEILLE FORTEMENT cet institut!!!Choisissez les gens respectueux, pas des vieilles sorcières.

L'établissement est très pratique d'accès (Env. 2 min à pied depuis la gare). J'ai découvert l'institut grâce au site Realdeals.ch et je suis très satisfaite des services que j'ai reçu.Je le recommande !

I had never heard of K’s Fashion Studio but discovered it via Buyclub.ch so decided to try it out. After calling them continuously, I couldn’t get through to make an appointment in Lausanne. I called the Bussigny studio who picked up but said they couldn’t take an appointment for me in Lausanne. The woman was not helpful at all. Finally got through to Lausanne and made my appointment. They told me they were planning on closing the Lausanne studio and moving everything to Bussigny but promised they would call me if they moved before my appointment. I did not receive a phone call so proceeded to the Lausanne studio. Of course, I got there to find it closed! After another 3-4 phone calls, someone finally answered and their answer was “oh yes we must have forgotten to call you. We called everyone else. So are you coming to Bussigny then?”. Of course, I could not given I did not have a car with me so I had to make another appointment. When I eventually went to Bussigny, the woman who greeted me refused to show me the colours available and instead told me to tell her which colours I was interested in. She then painted my nails with a Shellac branded nail polish. As she progressed with the multiple coats of polish, it was coming out wrinkled and bumpy. So of course, we had to start all over again. She blamed the polish. After painfully filling off the first coat, she proceed with a new colour, and still managed to do a terrible job with the colour uneven, thick in some areas and thin in others. So I was there for almost 1.5hrs and came out with the worst manicure I had ever had. Would not recommend at all. Terrible customer service and terrible beauty treatment.

Katia est d'un professionnalisme rare !Toujours de bonne humeur, c'est un plaisir d'aller dans son institut pour se faire chouchouter...On se sent belle après être passé entre les mains de Katia.... que pouvons-nous demander de plus ?

I'm a regular client of Katia, I really love her, she's a wonderful professional, I recommand warmly everything she does. She's a lovely human being and everything she touches get really better and nicer.You can go there with your eyes closed.
