Über das Hotel.kann ich nichts sagen , leider hat dass Essen abgegeben , durschnittlich es ging schon besser .Essen war auch viel zu schnell auf dem Tisch d.h vermutlich viel vorgekocht und nicht mit Liebe und frische zubereitet .Lokal i.o , Garzen schön und der Servic war auch ok .Zum Apero oder ein Bier zu trinken ok.

A lovely hotel close to the city with 10 minutes of bus travel. Delicious breakfast and pleasant staff. I would totally recommend it.

Kann nur zum Hotel was sagen ich war sehr zufrieden Küche sehr gut Frühstück ausreichend es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht

Komme immer wieder gerne zum gemütlichen Essen mit Freunden vorbei. Im schönen, gemütlichen Garten haben wir einen feinen Hausapero genossen ( hausgemachter Sirup). Zartes Entrecote mit frischem Gemüse war auf den Punkt gebraten und das Gemüse frisch und knackig. Meine Freundin hatte einen wunderbaren Safranrisotto (Vegi). Auch ein gutes Glas Wein konnten wir zu fairem Preis geniessen. Der Service ist aufmerksam, sehr freundlich und kompetent auch wenn das Lokal ausgebucht war.

Food was substandard and the staff were rude and obnoxious. saffron risotto was paella rice with boiled vegetables on the top-unbelievable. Snitzel was soggy and the batter was tasteless-I am coming from Bayern, I know what snitzels taste like.Would never recommend anyone to eat there

Hervorragendes Restaurant, sehr gute Küche und freundliche, umsichtige Bedienung. Parkplätze vor dem Haus. Empfehlenswert auch in Gruppen.

The staff was extremely friendly and warm. The entrance to the hotel is very confusing and the hotel is quite far from the main lucerne city however there is a direct bus(no.20) to access the main city. The rooms are small but have basic amenities like ac. The staff lends you kettle and drinking water(tap) free of charge if requested

We only visited the restaurant as a tourist in Switzerland. Overpriced, Average food , & terrible staff. We ordered beers which is pretty normal in Europe all over to receive tap beers , but the server served a dark beer from a bottle instead & decided to open the beers without confirming with us. She then refused to even acknowledge that she misunderstood our order and instead brought us an additional glass of beer from tap which had to be paid by us. The saffron risotto was a blob of yellow rice which had no taste or consistency. Upon providing our feedback about a dish that costs over 30Chf the server just nudged her head & walked off claiming the chef knows what he’s cooking & has no interest in meeting us. Not to mention she went on to asking us clear our bill of over 100chf with not a pinch of apology. We were seated in the outdoor terrace area and our baby was crawling around which the restaurant staff seemed extremely irritated and unpolite about as well.
