The company could work on its customer service. Responses were late and generally not real thorough. Essentially I had waited 1 month for an order due to an issue with their production line. In the end I did get the order shipped and the rep sent me a personal apology email so extra star for that.

Very good one problem the test tube isnt very stable when connecting.Glue the exit holes to stop escapes.
